2. Eligibility for a Refund

You are eligible for a refund if:

• Your order has not yet been shipped – you may cancel and receive a full refund.
• Your order has been shipped but not yet delivered – you may cancel and receive a full refund (minus any shipping costs already incurred).
• Your order is delivered but does not meet the specifications you selected (e.g., wrong country, wrong license class, incorrect personal details due to our error).
• The product you receive is defective or not verifiable as described.

3. Non‑Refundable Situations

We cannot offer a refund in the following cases:

• You provided incorrect personal information (name, address, photo, etc.) and the license was produced accordingly.
• You changed your mind after the order has already been shipped (shipping costs are non‑refundable).
• The product was lost or damaged after delivery (we recommend contacting the shipping carrier).

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your refund is approved:

• Payment method refunds (credit card, PayPal, etc.) are processed within 5–10 business days.
• Cryptocurrency payments (if applicable) are returned to your original wallet address within 3 business days.

6. Replacements
